Welcome to Jürgenson Family Medicine Center

 

General Information

 

OÜ Jürgenson PAK is focused on providing healthcare services for patients who are officially in the list of our family physician’s. We will respond to emails within 5 working days. If your issue is urgent then please contact us over the phone instead. Prescription renewals will be available within 3 working days.

 

Our center provides healthcare services to uninsured patients as well, where the patient will be paying for the services themselves.  All patients who do not have a health insurance from the EU must pay for their own visits, necessary lab tests etc.

Patients in need of urgent care will not be charged for the necessary services.

Opening Hours

 

You can call on working days between 8:00-18:00.

Please note, that Wednesdays are reserved for healthy baby visitations only. Ill patients are not allowed to visit at the same time.

Outside of working hours or in the case of an emergency You can consult the family physicians helpline by calling 1220 (open 24H) or go to Emergency Department at the North-Estonia Medical Centre (Sütiste 19, Tallinn) or to the East-Tallinn Central Hospital (Ravi 18, Tallinn).

Due to the ongoing plumbing work around the center, parking spaces are limited and parking arrangements change frequently.

E-perearstikeskus

We recommend patients to use E-Perearstikeskus portal at https://www.eperearstikeskus.ee/patient/ to communicate with the our center..

Since access to the portal is only possible with an ID card or mobile- or Smart-ID, it is the most secure communication channel.

In E-perearstikeskus you can report illness, order prescriptions, ask for an appointment time and ask questions.

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Dr. Le Vallikivi.

 

 

Patients on Dr. Le Vallikivi’s list are going to be serviced by family physicians Dr. Triin Perkson and Dr. Marie Vaga.

 

Anyone who wishes to write their memories, good wishes, condolences or simply a few lines about Le Vallikivi can do so at kaastunded@perearstiselts.ee.

They will be published on the website of the Estonian Society of Family Physicians.

House Rules

Appointmets have to be always pre-registrated by phone or via e-mail.

Registrate even if you think your problem is urgent.

Phone calls will be answered for advice Mon-Fri 8-18.

When registering you will be asked the reason why you want to come.

For example: illness, need for certificate, renewing prescription etc

In case of the illness and when you need a sick leave

You must contact center on the first day of illness, on days when center is closed you have to go to ER in order to start sick leave. NB! Sick leave is not opened with delay.

Patients with acute illness

Will be first received by nurse, who in case of necessity will find nearest appointment time to family doctor.

Family doctors referral is not necessary in following specialities

ophthalmologist, dermatovenerologist, gynecologist, psychiatrist, dentist, tuberculosis specialist and in the case of trauma surgeon or orthopedist.

If you can not come to the appointment at registered time,please let us know as soon as possible.

Freed time can be then used to help another patient in need.

For nurses appointment you must also register

For unregistered patients waiting time could be several hours.
