OÜ Jürgenson PAK is focused on providing healthcare services for patients who are officially in the list of our family physician’s. We will respond to emails within 5 working days. If your issue is urgent then please contact us over the phone instead. Prescription renewals will be available within 3 working days.
Our center provides healthcare services to uninsured patients as well, where the patient will be paying for the services themselves. All patients who do not have a health insurance from the EU must pay for their own visits, necessary lab tests etc. Our bank account number is EE122200221020124716 (Swedbank).
Patients in need of urgent care will not be charged for the necessary services.

If you are experiencing symptoms of an acute upper respiratory tract infection, please notify us before your appointment. To help protect other patients, you will be invited to attend during the designated infection consultation hours from 16:00 to 18:00.
Patients without symptoms of an infectious illness are seen between 08:00 and 16:00.
If required, please use the doorbell located next to the entrance to gain access to the clinic.
You can reach us by phone on weekdays from 08:00 to 18:00.
Please note that Wednesdays are reserved exclusively for well-baby visits.
Outside working hours, or in case of an urgent medical concern, you may contact the Family Physician Advisory Line by calling 1220 (available 24/7). In an emergency, please visit the Emergency Department of North Estonia Medical Centre (Sütiste 19, Tallinn) or East Tallinn Central Hospital (Ravi 18, Tallinn).

We recommend patients to use E-Perearstikeskus portal to communicate with our center. Since access to the portal is only possible with an ID card or mobile- or Smart-ID, it is the most secure communication channel.

Appointmets have to be always pre-registrated by phone or via e-mail.

Registrate even if you think your problem is urgent.
Phone calls will be answered for advice Mon-Fri 8-18.
When registering you will be asked the reason why you want to come.
For example: illness, need for certificate, renewing prescription etc
In case of the illness and when you need a sick leave
You must contact center on the first day of illness, on days when center is closed you have to go to ER in order to start sick leave. NB! Sick leave is not opened with delay.
Patients with acute illness
Will be first received by nurse, who in case of necessity will find nearest appointment time to family doctor.
Family doctors referral is not necessary in following specialities
ophthalmologist, dermatovenerologist, gynecologist, psychiatrist, dentist, tuberculosis specialist and in the case of trauma surgeon or orthopedist.
If you can not come to the appointment at registered time,please let us know as soon as possible.
Freed time can be then used to help another patient in need.

For unregistered patients waiting time could be several hours.
